Everything was perfect. The staff was welcoming, friendly and always there when needed. The location was beautiful, well maintained and super clean. The team and Ram arranged everything for us effortlessly, even when we needed to change already booked plans due to a friend getting sick. Gorgeous new hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, wooden ceilings and comfortable bed. The staff were all really nice and accommodating to a few requests that I had. They also gave me free airport pick up and drop off and a free ride to the gondola. The pool and all other areas of the hotel are exactly like the photos. I had a really nice hot stone massage at the onsite spa when I arrived which was perfect after finishing a 4 day trek. I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel.

I had a great stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and upgraded my room. The pool and gym were great and meant I had a relaxing time before and after my trek. Very nice additional touches with fruit and biscuits in the room and the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Recommend to anyone coming to Pokhara.
