I love the room is very clean and classy. The staff is good and very helpful specially Chiahoski. His costumer service is beyond our expectation.

Our stay at Hotel W was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautiful, and the service reflects their motto "Whatever, Whenever" perfectly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day. One of the highlights of our trip was when our boys went big-game fishing (arranged separately) and caught some fish. To our delight, the hotel went above and beyond by preparing the fish for our dinner, even though we know this isn’t something they usually offer. This gesture made the experience feel extra special. We were blown away by the effort and creativity of the chefs, especially Ambed and Emanuel (Manu), who prepared the fish in several different dishes. Every bite was a masterpiece, and our taste buds were thrilled! Chef Ambed made our last two nights unforgettable, and it was such a pleasure to get to know him. His kindness, talent, and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us.

Everything. Its a luxorious fantastic place to stay with your family. The morning breakfast is fantastic. Every staff is very nicely behaving with excellent hospitality. Very much co operative. Location is very good. Adjoining area atleast 5 big malls are there. In Oman a very nice hotel.

Amazing hotel, with really spectacular selection for breakfast. The facilites and pool were great as well as the complinterary swimmming lessons for kids/adults were a great addition - highly recommended! Also the hotel management and kitchen staff very helpful and caring, so we really felt well taken care of during the whole stay. We would definitely like to go back!
