We had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The room was very large, like an apartment. All the staff are very attentive. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Kaia staff (Nitesh and the other waitresses and waiters, the head bartender at the pool bar, and the lifeguard). We also offer a big thank you to the reception staff, who are attentive to the customer and responded to all our requests. We highly recommend this establishment and will return.

the MO Doha deserves its 5 star status because it’s is well-located, comfortable and provides a luxurious stay. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. We arrived very tired and were greeted by Viktoria, who took great care of us. Laura also was helpful. As we waited for our flight in the Baraha Lounge, we were well taken care of by Felia, who went the extra mile to give a very good memory of Mandarin Oriental Doha. The location it excellent, removed from the city center confusion and next to the beach and the Al wakra Souq. The staff was amazing, especially Rashid that was extremely helpful with a problem with the luggage and helped us with airport and airline contacts. Breakfast and restaurant also very good. Overall a great experience.
