The villa with direct access to the pool, very kind and attentive staff everywhere in the resort, food was incredible… And a special thank you note to our Villa Manager Bella that helped me organize the most wonderful surprise romantic dinner to my partner. We lived moments here that we’ll never forget 💕 Oh, and don’t forget to pick a massage at the spa. I had a detox and he had a signature massage, and both our masseuses, Anny and Phai, were incredible!! This was the first time my fiancé mentioned that he would like to return to an hotel 🏝️🤩

This is the place to stay in Phuket! All the service is great, the restaurant is actually very well, it has a decent gym, and lovely pools , they include free shuttle to the down town 3 times per day, we loved the spa.

Absolutely everything ! this is an amazing hotel. the staff were great, the rooms were huge and super comfortable and the pool and restaurant were amazing! The location is about 5km from Phuket old town so either rent a scooter (make sure to have your IDP) or be prepared to pay 300 baht one way into town. It is just under an hours drive from the airport and taxis cost 800 baht to get to the hotel from the airport. Note that grabs or ride shares are not allowed to pick up from the airport. The hotel also has a pod shuttle to go back to the airport however a taxi or preorganised driver is a little bit cheaper. They have poolside service for food and drinks after breakfast time and the coffee from the best shot bar next door is amazing! highly recommend this hotel as it was our favourite we have ever stayed in.

    Not quite a five star. The restaurants were all amazing and the place in itself is pretty beautiful, but the facilities were not kept to the standard of a 5 star and the service wasn't either. I'd say it's more of a beautiful 4 star with some maintenance to be done.

    Such a perfect family stay. The villa is so spacious with stunning sea view. The hotel facilities and service are much beyond 5 stars hotel standard. We had fantastic memories here. The restaurants are amazing, live jazz music, beach vibe… We will definitely come back for our next family holiday.

    You pay for 3 stars, but you enjoy 5 stars. very friendly staff. the room is clean. there's a lot of local food restaurant around the hotel. highly recommend a café name "WeCafé" just 5 mins walk from hotel.
