excellent stay thanks to Rim the supervisor and Ahmed the bellman; Rim welcomed me with a warm smile and did a very fast checkin for me she was really amazing i thank her for excellent customer service, i thank also Ahmed the bellman who was also helpful and smiling, he accompanied me to my room and was very friendly; i will definitely come back ; i believe both of them are a plus to your hotel
