From start to finish our holiday was perfect! The room, the view the service all spotless. The staff went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will recommend Royal Azur and will be back when we visit Hammamet again.

I liked the atmosphere, service and the endless beach. I wish I could spend a week there enjoying the beauty.

Every thing was perfectly organized The beach access was meticulously organized and impeccably clean. A special thank to Mr. Skander SAIDI at the reception! He was very attentive to all our requests and perfectly organized our late arrival at 3 AM. He patiently explained everything we needed to know for our stay, which helped us have an amazing vacation. We really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Thank you again, Skander! If anyone has a problem or needs help during their stay, I highly recommend asking for Skander SAIDI don’t forget his name! really and you will thank me later !

Very friendly staff especially at the restaurant. The food was amazing with many vegetarian options. Really good quality food. Also, people arriving late at night, they have a small buffet for you to snack while they process the checkin (wasn’t expecting this, very nice !). Had plenty of sunbeds available all day long - didn’t struggle to lay down a towel after 10AM like other people suggest here. The gym is a plus. The massages are also great value.

Beautiful and fancy resort, i had the most smoothest check in ever special thanks to Mr.Khaled he was very polite and helpful during our stay also shadlia at reception as she as helpful as possible..we stayed at family suite which was very big and clean with very nice view over the pools and Sea the food was great .very nice and helpful staff.. Overall Great stay and highly recommended.

Super Hôtel, staff & everything 😍

Everything was great, the hotel is really comfy, aged very well for a 90s style, they have a collection of works of art that is really pleasant, the rooms are spacious, well thought and clean. The staff are really nice and helpful, we went with a toddler and a baby and we were taken care of.

Our stay at Medina Solaria and Thalasso in Hammamet, Tunisia, was nothing short of extraordinary. After an exhausting journey back from Europe, my family and I found the perfect oasis to unwind and rejuvenate. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, setting the tone for a memorable experience. Our check-in was handled seamlessly by Mr. Moez, whose professionalism and friendliness made us feel immediately welcome. Despite not remembering all the names of the other staff members, their collective effort in ensuring our comfort was highly remarkable. The reception team was attentive and quick to assist with any requests, embodying the very essence of hospitality. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find an array of thoughtful gifts awaiting us. Fresh fruits and refreshing drinks were beautifully arranged, a gesture that made us feel valued and special. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view of the sea from our room, a request we had made before our reservation that the hotel fulfilled perfectly. The room itself was impeccably clean, a testament to the dedication of the housekeeping team. Every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail was evident in the fresh linens, perfectly made beds, and the overall pristine condition of the room. The entertainment team at Medina Solaria and Thalasso deserves a special mention, particularly my friend Thamer. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making each activity engaging and fun for both adults and children. From morning exercises to evening shows, the entertainment provided a vibrant atmosphere that kept us entertained throughout our stay. Thamer’s charisma and ability to connect with guests made every interaction memorable. Dining at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. I have been various times and keep returning to the Sindbad rather than trying other hotels in Hammamet.
