Such an amazing hotel and amazing team. I had to choose Melas based on the good feedback on booking.com, so I realised that all that I read was exactly the same. My experience was wonderful. I worked in hospitality for more than 7 years in the best hotels in London. Neal's Hotel really deserves the 5 stars. Starting from the porters to the management everyone is doing his best to make sure that you will feel at home. Big thanks to Mr. Arik and Mrs. Assu for taking care of me and my family and making my baby enjoy her first birthday. Husein and 56 are super helpful and smiley people. Aseya and Serifa at the lovely, tasty and various breakfast. Ugurcan and Burcin at reception with a smooth check-in and check out. And to all Melas family. Definitely, we will see you soon. Habiba is sending you a big thanks for the birthday cake.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations; the rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping ensured everything was refreshed and tidy. They also refilled the complimentary water bottles every day, which was truly appreciated. The professionalism and politeness of the staff stood out during my stay. They were not only efficient in addressing any issues, such as the temporary internet outage, but also provided hotspot access in the lobby for us to use. The hotel's convenient location near the tram station, just a 2-3 minute walk away, made exploring the city incredibly easy and accessible. From the moment we arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The level of service and amenities offered made my stay truly enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Millennium for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!
