The room was very spacious and everything was clean. The breakfast suited our tastes to the point where we thought it was a special menu just for our family. In particular, Lily and Sue were very attentive to any inconveniences and were very friendly. Of all the hotel staff I've ever been to, these two staff were the best. I regretted that the trip was short.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pearl River Hotel. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, especially with the airport just a short distance away. The staff were extremely supportive and always ready to assist, making my experience even more enjoyable.     Very nice, neat & clean hotel. Surrounded with quite luxury shops & residency. Near to lake which we can have a jogging during early morning. We received VND200,000 voucher which we redeemed the drinks while we were playing snooker.

    Great hotel a bit outside the centre still close and in a very nice area. Rooms are big and clean. The service is outstanding starting from concierge, reception, laundry… and food is great, too. When in Haiphong can only recommend to stay here, I stayed even a day longer as planned.
