The hotel is wonderful! It is brand new and has very classy decor. It has two very good swimming pools and the service in the dining room is delicious (breakfast with many good options). I also enjoyed the gym to work out and the sauna and Turkish bath to relax. But what I liked most was the availability and friendliness of the staff, especially Nancy, who was always very kind, attentive and helped me a lot. Thank you very much 🙏🏼

We loved everything about our stay! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town. This place is magical — the rooms and their bathrooms are spectacular. The hotel staff are amazing: attentive, warm, caring, and hospitable. They opened the boat’s restaurant just for us, after preparing it to ensure it was safe to be there. They gave us incredible recommendations for tours and shows to enjoy. I would return without a doubt to this magical place.

    Great location and exceptional service, meets all expectations and I cannot say a bad thing. The staff are great and what is really good is the extras don’t cost the earth. Eg the hotel restaurant is great and great value compared to the local eating places. When we booked day trips through the hotel they charged a reasonable price and didn’t gouge us like many hotels would. 5 stars!
