Location was ideal within easy walking of the centre, room was superb and spacious with a great view over the river, staff were excellent especially Mr Van Duc front of house and both breakfast and restaurant managers who always met us with a smile and were willing to go the extra step to meet our dietary needs. Breakfast was amazing with a large amount of choice. And even had its own temple on the roof, All in all an exceptional hotel.

💥💥💥 Absolutely amazing place to stay!💯 - Breakfast are exceptional decisions with lot of choices. - Koi fish & rice view combined is very unique and super chill. - Dinner is beyond my expectations, would love to come back just because of this. - Onsen is superstar, I've been to lot of Onsen and this one is my favorite. Don't too picky about the smell, its hot spring from underground, you will get used to it after 5 mins. - Ganban is another beautiful touch with 4 different rooms, ensure you feel relaxed after this. - Employees are so nice & friendly, esp reception and restaurant team (Dieu Ai is amazing one). - Garden will make you feel you're in Japan. All of these with unbeatable prices. You shouldn't miss this and there is no doubt I'd love love love to come back.
