Great hostel with a great location, just a bit off the big streets. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, very kind, helpful and accommodating to any request you may have. Price is also very reasonable. They can organize treks for you as well:) Would highly recommend to any backpacker going through Sapa.

I love everything here! - Hotel is very new, spacious, nice design and decoration. - Many facilities, indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, fitness, Kids room, sky lounge. - My room is very spacious, super clean and quiet. Bed is also comfy. - If no foggy, you can see nice view from balcony of the restaurant. - All staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. - Breakfast is variety. - Close to Fanxipan cable car. Hotel sent me there by hotel shuttle car. Cable car ticket can be purchased at the hotel as well. - There is free shuttle service from hotel to Sapa center and return back to hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ville de mont Resort and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff at Ville de mont Resort are truly the heart of this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team that not only spoke excellent English but also exuded warmth and hospitality. The receptionists, bellboys, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team all went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to Annie, whose assistance with bus ticket reservations and transportation arrangements was invaluable. Despite some minor hiccups with luggage transportation, Annie's dedication to resolving the issue late into the evening truly exemplified outstanding customer service. The efficiency of the laundry service was commendable, and I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Not a speck of dust could be found, even on the ceiling! The attention to detail in providing everything a guest might need during their stay was evident in every aspect, from amenities to itinerary arrangements, breakfast options, and even the convenient golf car transportation service within the property.

The room was spacious and clean with a perfect view. We tried to use early check-in service because our bus arrived at 7 am in the morning, however we couldn't because the rooms were fully booked at the day. Instead of that, the hotel provided free shower service at their swimming pool and we were able to add breakfast. The breakfast was super nice! Additionally, even though we had lots of troubles with water in Vietnam, KK Hotel's water was clean enough. (We were able to see through the shower filter that we brought) I saw some reviews that the location is far from the town, but it was close enough actually.

We had the bungalow with mountain view and it was absolutely stunning. Very friendly staff, everything very well organized, planned attractions for each day (cinema, brew tasting, tours), and loads of other options in the resort. Not to mention the great breakfast. I was very happy with the choice!
