The view from the balcony of the room is definitely the highlight of the whole accommodation experience. Staff are so helpful and friendly to offer advice including travel tips and transport for your trip. There is a steep road to go up to the main road from the homestay and the staff is willing to help me with my luggage. Nice communication. The room is lovely and exactly how the pictures show. Clean with nice deco - love it and would definitely recommend!

- My family and I had an AMAZING stay here. One of our party is physically disabled and they upgraded us to a room that was closer and more accessible to the main lobby. - Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave many recommendations for activities, transport, food etc. They really did their best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. - Some of us only eat halal food or vegetarian food and the chef and kitchen really went the extra mile when it came to our dietary preferences. On the first day we weren't able to eat a lot of the 'hot dishes' in the breakfast buffet because they had meat. On the second day, the chef had prepared full dishes for us so that we could enjoy a full Vietnamese breakfast. It's one of the kindest and most thoughtful experiences I've had at a hotel. - Location is beautiful. When the weather was cold there's a beautiful mist surrounding the mountains and hotel. When the weather was warm, the sun shone very brightly and prettily across the landscape.
