All people at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. It felt like they were your long time friends. The location is few minutes walk from the cable car - just perfect! Amazing choice of restaurants and super delicious breakfast! New, clean and charming The atmosphere of the hotel was exceptional and I will definitely come back

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Beautiful room with Matterhorn view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they picked me up from the train station and covered for my taxi on the way back. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

The magical tone was set right away with a charming horse-drawn carriage transfer—an utterly whimsical touch that made us feel like we had stepped into a fairytale. The breakfast was simply divine—each morning felt like a celebration of flavors in the breathtakingly beautiful restaurant. Even though the spa facilities were temporarily located in a neighboring hotel, they were every bit as delightful—beautiful indoor and outdoor pools nestled in breathtaking natural surroundings. The transfer in a horse drawn carriage felt very fairy too! Every aspect of our stay was magical and exceeded our highest expectations.
