The property is new, beautiful, and spotless, with a stunning infinity pool overlooking the desert and Lake Nasser. Watching the sunset from their terrace is truly magical. The food is delicious and freshly made, but what really makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to Asma, who greeted me so warmly at reception, organized my airport transfer, planned my morning visit to the temple, and helped with every little request. She was always available, caring, and made sure I felt completely comfortable during my first time in Egypt.

The interior of the rooms is a bit old-fashioned, but it's well kept and clean. Our room was very quiet. The buffet was quite good, lots of choice and good quality. You also get to taste some local food.
