Our lunch at the pool area exceeded our expectations, quality wise but also service wise. The only downside was that we could only be there for 1 night. Great experience overall.

Fabulous new property with very attentive and customer oriented staff. The rooms were spacious, huge breakfast spread and a range of facilities including a gym, a spa and sports fields. Huge outdoor pool and indoor one too for the winter season and an artificial beach. Great Italian restaurant also on location. So an excellent place to spend a few days just relaxing. And their butler service is exceptional. Moheb from their butler service was very attentive and did many special touches to make our stay even more perfect.

The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. The service was excellent and the staff are friendly room service dining was spectacular
