It is absolutely far above our expectations. Staff is extremaly proffessional but very friendly and polite, and Villa Genesis is far more better than most of 5 star hotel. We travel very often and all around Europe, and this Hotel/Villa is a example of hospitality and comfort at reasonable pricing. Should be listed in top ten places to stay in Europe.
