Brand new apartments with exceptional facilities. The apartments have everything you need (washing machine, cooking appliances, coffee machine etc.) and are exceptionally clean. The apartments are cleaned daily. Bedsheets/bathroom towels are provided, even beach towels upon request (no extra charge). The property owners (Maria and Angelos) are extremely polite/friendly and even gave us a gift upon our departure. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable. The bedrooms have shutters which block the sunlight completely, hence we slept really well. There’s A/C in the bedrooms and kitchen/living room. Nice, large balcony with partial sea view. Great location - lots of shops, restaurants and bars just outside the apartments. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartment or 3 minutes by car. Tsilivi beach/Alexandra Beach Hotel beach is nice and family friendly. I recommend hiring a car so that you can see other nice places as well, such as Alykanas beach, Gerakas Beach, Shipwreck/blue caves and Myzithres (by boat only). We would definitely stay here again!

The resort location near by the sea is amazing, the staff is truly helpful and the facilities in the complex allow you to spend a pleasant time. We enjoyed the spa facilities, which were so soothing after a day of exploring Zakynthos. The rooms were well-appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff is attentive, and the food is delicious. A true haven for relaxation.

Close to the centre of Tsilivi town, this hotel rests along a quiet road that leads to the beautiful beach. This location offers tranquility close to the vibrant town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Contessina Hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, providing excellent service both in our room and throughout the hotel. They have surprised us with an upgraded room. Everything in the hotel was impeccably clean. Using their app, we could easily place orders by the pool or request anything we needed for our room. They also offered massage services, which were incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. Throughout our stay, we received delightful surprises that made our experience even more special. The breakfast was very plentiful, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We also greatly enjoyed the Sushi Bar and the Verdema Restaurant as well. This place in Tsilivi comes highly recommended!

Excellent food all round, superb quality accommodation and really wonderful staff. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves one as it was excellent and epitomises what you would hope for (but often don't get) from a 5 start resort. A special mention must go to the staff who seemed really motivated to ensure you had the best possible time. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and food in both of the themed restaurants and the main restaurant were top class, range of cocktails available were great as well. There are plenty of swimming pool areas and sunbeams and balinese beds were ample in quantity. The perfect adult only 5 star holiday for rest and relaxation
