Our room was large, very comfortable, and beautifully appointed. Although it is an expensive hotel, the exceptional quality and experience made it worth every penny.

I have to give big thanks to the staff for their caring and support during our stay. Basically our luggage has not arrived at the airport, however the staff at the reception were dealing with the issue as it is their own responsibility. They were tracking our luggage status with the lost and found department, and when the luggage arrived they contacted us immediately. The breakfast was so good, many options in the menu and the food is so delicious. The room is very nice and the bathroom is so convenient. The hotel is an old palace and it has it’s own deck for the water taxi. The location of the hotel is very central where we could reach the attractions easily by walking. We really highly recommend this place.
