The staff are incredibly switched on to customer satisfaction: Tara the GM appeared twice at our table at different times to make sure we had perfection. Our room was large and deliciously cool. The bed was marshmallow comfortable. We relaxed by birdwatching at the lake ( plus recommend the guided birdwatching). Loved the huge pool, played petanque and loved the food. Best breakfast hoppers of our trip and we have sampled more than a few. We called this our big boutique hotel as when the tour groups leave each morning, we had it virtually to ourselves. It is a good base for Dambulla cave temple and Sigiriya. Am very impressed with Jetwing for eco-conscious policies and truly professional customer service.

The restaurant is perfect, the hygiene is top, the quality of the food is great. People are super friendly. There is a great spa too with variety of massages. Ideal place to just stay and relax and/or visit some great places around. Very well decorated. A place where we will return.

The food is good and the facilities well maintained. What really makes it is the staff, they are attentive and helpful. We arrived early for check-in and the gentleman on reception ensured our room was ready quickly. They assisted in arranging transfers and trips, all of which were brilliant. Sadly we did not get the names of all the lovely people who looked after us but a special thanks to Wimukthi who was brilliant.

The please is really nice! its very close to Dambulla - Colombo road, but once you turn to the hotel road it feels like you are entered to a jungle and from there on wards you will feel real tropical life feeling through out the stay.
