Guests received a VIP welcome with tea and Moroccan pastries. We had a wonderfull week at the Tigmiza Boutique Resort! We are here for the 4rd time, and it gets better every year! This is mainly thanks to a very dedicated team. The service is very professional but at the same time the staff so friendly - simply you just feel in a better version of your home! So the typical day at Tigmiza would start with Marrakeh’s best Omlette from Chef Tariq and a tasty local pancake from Ghislaine. Then our super concierge - Lamia - would organize a trip to a hidden gem in the medina and reserve a fabulous rooftop. Back at the hotel we would have a snack at the pool bar professionally attended by Azzize&Aziz. Then we would get a traditional Hamman massage by skilled Hayat. We would finish the day with a magnificient dinner by Abdullah & Hamid, which always manage to surprise us with original events. We also thank Abdelrahim and his crew for taking care of the room and the luggage.

The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

Everything was perfect: spacious rooms with attention to every detail, even for kids. They had child-sized bathrobes, slippers, a kids club, and a fun donkey ride with the famous Sugar and Brownie. The welcome was exceptional, with all staff greeting us warmly and gifting the kids small donkeys. The hotel manager, Mr. Raghun, personally checked in daily to ensure everything was perfect. Special thanks to Rizk at breakfast for his kindness, and to Essam and Mohsen, the friendly golf car drivers who made getting around so easy. The staff overall were incredibly warm and helpful. The Michelin-starred Indian restaurant was amazing, and the room A/C was so good we forgot how hot it was outside. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely return!
