The food served on the terrace with stunning views was sensational, the shrimp & saffron risotto was easily the best I’ve tasted. Our room 2 was on the pool level, making it super convenient to step out of our French doors & onto the pool terrace which has the most luxurious sun beds. Manager Milos was super keen to ensure everything was to our liking, he was contactable 24/7 & certainly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It’s rare in our experience to find this level of customer service in a 5 star hotel.
