DIEZ DIEZ COLLECTION has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Mérida. This 5-star hotel offers a concierge service and free WiFi. All of the staff really made our stay the best. They truly go above and beyond and I really made friends, I feel. Rudy, Eduardo and Mauricio are the best! We had a late flight getting in and an early flight getting out and they were able to arrange a ride for us. Truly the loveliest people. The food at the restaurant is also good.

The staff were polite and spoke / wrote good English from the start - this is the only hotel I have come across in Mexico where they actually answered messages in advance of the visit. The room was good; well appointed and spacious. The plunge pool looked lovely, although I didn’t try it. The breakfast suited me down to the ground (fruit salad with yoghurt and granola, followed by a choice of dishes - I had avocado on toast, which they were happy to add bacon to - yum). The setting was as relaxed and chilled as it comes in Mexico.

This small hotel is a gem in Merida! Just off the beautiful Paseo Montejo and close to the parque La Plancha. Nice refreshing pool, kitchen and sitting areas for common use and beautiful gardens. Loved the decoration. Great, friendly staff. Will repeat when in Merida again!

Set in Merida’s town centre, Mansión Mérida Boutique Hotel - Restaurant is housed in a refurbished French-style mansion of the 19th century. The hotel was beautiful the grounds were spectacular. The accommodation was one of the best we have ever had and we have travelled a lot. The staff was courteous and catered to our every need…the owner was on site and met with us to ensure we had the best service. It was fantastic!
