Really beautiful and polite staff. They're exceptional. We had breakfast and dinner included. Highly recommend this rate if you can get it. The dinner buffet was amazing. It will save you a fortune. We were upgraded to a suite by the lovely check in staff. We did pay 50aud for early check in at 6am. The pool is lovely but the water was far too hot to enjoy. There is a hot spa as well. The temperature outside in late May is high 30s, a cool pool would be lovely but unfortunately the water was unpleasantly hot. The hotel is new, spacious and impeccably clean.

We stayed in Fraser Suites Myscat for 4 nights. Our suit was fantastic and very big. There were two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The facilities were amazing. The room had a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine with all kitchenettes. The location is not in the city centre but only a walking distance to a shopping mall (Panorama Mall) and a supermarket. The breakfast was not a 5-star, but had enough choice to start a day full of energy. The room service was perfect. They clean our room every day. The receptionist was very helpful.

Among the facilities of this property are 4 restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi. The property features an outdoor pool, fitness centre, Spa and garden. Perfect location. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Food was very good. Swimming pools were very clean and nice. Rooms are clean spacious. Had the perfect relaxing experience one would ever want.
