It was truly a 5-star hotel feeling from check-in to check-out. Rooms are big and clean, staff is very friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well.

Set in Shatti Al Qurum Beach Area in Muscat, W Muscat features an outdoor swimming pool. All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. We wanted some peace and quiet and this is exactly what we got: a lovely, spacious room away from the hustle and bustle. A terrace with a sea view. Comfortable beds. Friendly, professional staff. Unbeatable location. We felt very well taken care of and could have stayed longer, both at the W and in Muscat. Special thanks to Joel and Daniela for making our stay a fun one.

Located in the center of Muscat, 5 km from Mutrah Souq and National Museum , the tallest hotel in Muscat, Sheraton Oman Hotel features a bar and spectacular views of the city. I just loved the staff at the hotel! They were the most amazing, generous and polite staff ever. I could not be more grateful for their support and attentiveness. They made my stay worth everything and I will stay here next time again.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect! 😍 The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — true Omani hospitality at its finest 🇴🇲✨. The room was spacious, spotless, and super comfortable 🛏️. I slept like a baby every night 😴. The breakfast buffet? A dream. So many delicious options, both local and international 🍳🥐☕. The pool and spa area were the perfect places to relax and unwind 💆‍♀️🏊‍♂️. And the location is super convenient — close to everything, yet calm and peaceful. Every detail was thoughtful, and the service made me feel truly special. I didn’t just stay at a hotel — I experienced genuine warmth and care ❤️. I’ll definitely be back!
