The location is amazing, on a quite square, but a minute walk from all the restaurants and attractions of the area. Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Would definitely return here.

The staff was truly interested in making our stay pleasant. Swming pool and gym to high standards. Lobby and room corridors with fluffy carpets, good lighting and room to move. Breakfast is nice with fresh produce fruits eggs and Panamanian delicacies. Front desk is super helpful and willing to improve your stay. All in all a great stay that has created good memories. I’ll be back!

Large room with comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Good view from large windows. Fridge. TV. Wi-Fi strong. Lots of lights. Daily room cleaning. Buffet breakfast very good with lots of things. The breakfast area is pleasant. Rooftop with a swimming pool and room for weight or exercise training . Good value for money. This is one of the cheapest 5 or 4 stars in the area. The pictures on Booking.com reflect well this hotel.

The hotel has a sauna and fitness centre, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Private parking is available on site. Location, rooms, staff and meals were all excellent!! I had a little issue at check-in and it was handled very respectfully by the front desk staff. I also used their paid Airport transfer service, it was a very smooth transfer, all confirmations and details were provided clearly and it was very reasonable. The Junior suite was spacious, the bathroom was surprisingly huge. For a 5* hotel the bathroom amenities were lacking a Dental kit and Vanity kit, I would suggest the hotel to add this as an option for guests. There was a guest requesting a Dental kit while I was checking in and the staff was unable to help them. The rooftop restaurant had a wonderful ambiance in the evening and a lovely view to match the food. The breakfast buffet also had attentive staff and a very good selection. Overall a very relaxed stay in an iconic hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
