Aranwa offers 3 different dining options that include Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine, native organic products and a chef designed menu. The cellar carries an exclusive collection of wines. Everything was pretty good overall. All email communications with Gustavo were great prior to our stay and during. We originally booked on booking.com at a very high price and kept looking and got a much better deal.....so I'd suggest if you're paying approx $250 USD it's a good deal. Food was great, grounds are immaculate (loved the 🦜 & all the 💐's), pool was nice and cold but great when in the sun for abit! We were there 2 nights/ 3 days for the sole purpose of relaxing and that's sure what we did. As mentioned in prior reviews, we found Peruvian families on site using the facilities and their clothing everywhere by the pool and grounds...maybe lockers should be provided for this. Only 6 lounge chairs by the pool, so not really good in that sense when hotel guests who are paying can't even get access. Also tables to put drinks on would be good (I think I also only saw 1 of those and again occupied by non-hotel guests). It would be nice if they had the theatre in English as well maybe at a different time. We couldn't get the TV to work really nor in English even after the maintenance guy came. We had several mosquitoes in the room upon check in, however was quickly rectified with a call to the desk and a lady came to spray and put plug ins. Woukd have been nice if we had clean chairs outside on the balcony for morning coffee (they were covered in bird poop) so we layed towels down on them as they were a tad tough to get clean. Yolanda at breakfast was exceptional. Went above and beyond for Us. We were also celebrating our Anniversary and they added a little nice touch to Our room upon arrival. We found it very clean, quiet, great food (make sure to save room for the Aranwa Experience desert....it's exceptional and have your phone ready for a video!). We had a pisco sour demonstration and it was awesome as we made our own & then got to consume them. They were delicious!!.

Excellent experience, really kind and helpful staff, helped us to deal with altitude sickness. Hotel itself has oxygen supply in the bathroom, and can also provide big oxygen bottle to the room, you can use it overnight. Breakfast is great, facilities great. Everything is excellent. Will definitely choose this hotel again if we go to Cusco in the future.

It is situated in Cusco's lively historical city centre and 2 blocks away from Plaza de Armas Square. We loved everything in this accommodation. The staff were very polite , the breakfast like in the Palace . This place is ones in lifetime (but if you have possibilities come back again and again ) ! I can’t wait my next visit !

An easy short walk to Plaza de Armas, the hotel is a lovely quiet oasis. The bedroom, public spaces, breakfast all exceeded expectations. Most of all, we commend the wonderful staff! Pleasant and helpful, they answered our questions, helped us get oriented, arranged taxis and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend to any Cusco-bound friends. I have some trouble adjusting to altitude. The attentive staff even made that easier!

We had a very relaxing stay- we had planned for one night, but extended it to two nights as we enjoyed the property so much The rooms/cabins are very large/ Nice bathrooms and beds with patios We ate all of our meals there and enjoyed all of them (I am vegetarian and liked all of my options/ my husband who is not vegetarian also equally enjoyed the meals) They have a few activities each day, we enjoyed a short hike and learned about the local community, plants and birds In the afternoon, they have a nice tea time with small snacks- For planning- it takes 1.5 hours from the airport/ plan a ride in advance- it is about $50 for a couple from Cusco The local area has a few popular tourist places to visit though we did not take advantage of these as we just enjoyed staying there The Sacred Valley was an adjustment in altitude for us (we are from Nebraska) and it was nice to acclimate there, before staying in Cusco and ultimately hiking the Salkantay trail.

Suites at Palacio Nazarenas, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco feature a fully equipped private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and DVD player. Each suite has its own private bar with a private butler. The breakfast was delicious and elegant. The staff members in the hotel is nice and I feel so welcomed while studying. Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.
