Aranwa offers 5-star luxury set in a refurbished sixteenth century mansion, declared National Historic Monument in 1980, in downtown Cuzco. Staff very helpful. They booked cabs for trips near by promptly. They took care of food order impeccably. Hotel room was spacious and charming. Bath tub and shower system was enjoyable. Location very near to main square.

This is a luxurious, chalet-style retreat with panoramic Andes views. It features a full-service spa and a planetarium, from where you observe the Southern Hemisphere sky. This hotel was outstanding. Highly recommend spending time on the beautiful grounds with panoramic mountain views. Food was excellent, breakfast was plentiful. Staff were very attentive and caring.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we want to give special commendation to Manager Diego, who was exceptionally attentive to every detail and to our comfort. When our room service was delayed and we raised the concern, he immediately took action—going above and beyond by even arranging complimentary van transportation to the airport. That level of service is rare, and it truly sets this hotel apart. The ambiance and location were excellent, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The breakfast was delicious and elegant. The staff members in the hotel is nice and I feel so welcomed while studying. Especially thanks Saul who taught me how to make Pisco, it was a great experience. Thanks Freddy and Jefferson who show me round the hotel and explain clearly about the history and amenity of the hotel. Jefferson also recommended me some places to visit and restaurants to dine in Cusco. All the staff are amazing, definitely best memories during me trip in Peru.
