Neil, the owner, went above and beyond for us. He accommodated us, our dogs, and our bike trailer with kindness. The property is a little gem in the mix of Kings Beach, only a few minutes and short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. The property is casual and clean, perfect for folks who don’t spend much time in the room. If you are a sack rat and expect luxury, look elsewhere.

First of all, excellent location! We loved how the chair lift was just outside our door lol easy access to Palisades Tahoe. I enjoyed the spa pools, love how they decorated the surrounding trees with lights too. And talk about the luxurious robes! Overall great resort with well equipped facilities!

The location for this hotel is fantastic. We had a sea view room and the view was indeed outstanding and very beautiful. Sadly the room itself was a let down. Great location, lots in walking distance. Beachfront bar is a must at sunset! Beach is extremely pretty.
