Everything, truly magical property. The staff was very attentive and the service level very high. The small canines were beautiful on highest standard with private whirlpool. The kindness of the staff really stood out. Kevin gave the most amazing night tour to reach us about local animals.

We can’t say enough good things about this place :) Right from the time we arrived, we were amazed at their hospitality! We were offered a flavourful welcome drink, our room was decorated, and they also left us complimentary champagne and chocolates for our anniversary! The property itself is beautiful!!! The rooms are spacious and you wake up to the sounds of birds. The pool and the jacuzzi were great. Randall (at the reception) & Josue (our server) were amazing! Mary (took us for a night walk around the property) and Ray were great! They also gifted us a souvenir when we were checking out :)

The location, the nature around this place, the view perfectly in facing the Arenal volcano, the tub on the terrace were WOW! It was one of our best days of our lives! The hanging bridges (that is a must!...) is just a walk from the hotel, but they have free transport to there (if you buy the ticket at the hotels reception), and You can walk back! Good food! We stayed 1 more night than we planned, because we loved to be here.

Absolutely loved this resort, it was so tranquil and stunning and we had the best view of the volcano from our room. Close to town and the volcano, as well as the La Fortuna waterfall. We loved everything about this place !

The hotel is incredible, a great way to thrown yourself and enjoy being in a rainforest with loads of bird life. We found the staff accommodating and helpful whenever we asked for anything. This hotel property is absolutely stunning. The balcony in room 25 looked right out to the volcano and each morning we'd see varieties of birds, rainbow and yellow toucans included. We even heard the roars of howler monkeys!

Great location, breakfast was delicious and central to many locations. Kendal made our stay extra special. He was always friendly and helpful. Pura Vida!
