We had a wonderful stay at HM Bávaro Beach. Everything was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff were absolutely lovely – kind, friendly, and always smiling. You could really feel the warm hospitality throughout the hotel. The overall experience was fantastic. The view from the sky bar and infinity pool overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking – a real highlight of our stay. A great hotel in a beautiful location. We truly enjoyed it.

It's our 2nd time at this wonderful hotel and we had an amazing stay again - Pablo on reception was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make our stay perfect!! He got us the room requested overlooking the pool, he was very helpful and attentive to the customer needs. He deserves so much praise for his work, great representative for the hotel and your company. Our room was perfection, the housekeeping staff were amazing. The pool and grounds were beautiful... loved everything about our stay. The hotel is located in a fantastic area, very safe to walk around and close to a lovely shopping area. Always enjoy our time at Plaza San Juan. Can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel - thank you to Pablo and all the amazing staff for making our stay so great :))

I liked absolutely everything. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and a large part of it is a park, with peacocks and geese. The room had a view of the sea, but I think that wherever the view is, it is not a mistake. The room is large and spacious, the beds are large, wide and comfortable. Balcony with furniture. Wifi in the room, on the beach, around the lobby is satisfactory.The main restaurant with a large selection of food really, so if someone can't find something to eat, I don't know what they eat at home. Food from various salads, various meats, seafood, fish, lasagna, spaghetti, cakes, everything, everything. Fruit in abundance, juices and then alcohol and their cocktails at the beach bars. Similarly, on the beach, if someone is hungry, they can eat, refresh themselves with fruit or sweeten something sweet. The staff is really friendly, whatever you need they are at your service. Everyone is smiling, cheerful, sweet, young. Sunbeds and towels both around the beach and on the beach

We went here with my husband for our honeymonn. It was really fantastic stay. Personnel is always smiling and ready to help. Meals was different every day and delicious, we had large selection of drinks in bars. The stuff is also taking care about entertainment in the resort, every evening were organized animations. If we will ever come back to Dominican Republic we will choose this hotel again! Thank you all from the personnel who made our stay so awesome.
