Everything was wonderful from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was exceptional – we received prompt and helpful responses to all our questions, along with kind assistance in finding places around the city. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, surrounded by landmarks, vibrant life, restaurants, and nightlife. What’s truly amazing is that, despite being in the city center, the hotel is tucked away in an inner courtyard, offering complete peace and quiet – you can’t hear a thing from the bustling streets! As for the facilities – we found and received even more than we expected. From comfortable beds and all necessary amenities, to phone chargers, and even a Polaroid camera with extra film – so much care was given to every detail! Thank you so much! We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing room, absolute luxury. The receptionist was fantastic and happy and friendly. Not one bad word to say about this place. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and baggage storage was a great help!

Big beautiful rooms, really comfortable and cozy beds, big showers and bathroom in general, rooms are very clean and the interior design is just astonishing. Breakfast is a huge buffet and there is something for everbody's liking. Hotel is near tram station and just a 17min walk from the train station and the neighbourhood is just lovely to walk through.

We picked it because it's only ~200m from the viking ferry port and we very much enjoyed our stay! The most important sights in Helsinki are alalso just a short tram ride away. The hotel is fascinating with its history of being a prison before. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The beds were so cozy we thought we slept on a cloud! The staff was very friendly too.

Spotless clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, toilet had bidet which was high plus point. Staff was courteous and ready to help you. Heating system of my room was not working properly and they arranged other heater for me. Breakfast was good. Roam had all the amenities which one needed. I am actually staying again in the hotel and writing this review

This Bob W installment is at a very good spot in Helsinki, waling distance to most of the sightings, right next to a Lidl, and a lot of venues, cafés, restaurants nearby. Breakfast could be taken at different vendors, it would be be truly hard to pick which had the best offer (there were three). The building has keyless entry, stylish interior and quiet all day (and night). The room was comfy, well equipped, with the usual Bob W additions (chargers, water bottle). Customer service was easy to reach out to, and very quick to respond. Highly recommended place to stay in Helsinki!

    Very nice and modern hotel. The stuff is very nice (especially the young guy with blond hair on the reception), no wait at the reception. Room was spacious, clean and sound proof. The location is also great, just a short walk to the city center with lots of great cafes (for all the cat lovers there is cat cafe just few steps down the street ;) )and a market right next to the hotel. Overall great value for money :)

    The location was central and good, we enjoyed a lot the small details(instax camera to take with us, online yoga class, welcome chocholate), the apartment is super clean and stylish, everything was good quality and the bed is comfortable. We would be happy to discover more BOB Ws in different cities

    This is a modern stylish hotel about 800 metres from the central train station. The room was comfortable with a wonderful bed and nice linen. The breakfast offers a good range of food. The gym is fitted out with quality equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful.

    Great location (right next to the train station and the city center, barely a 20 min walk to the market. Architecture of the hotel, old-style but with all the modern fittings. The sauna was great, breakfast plentiful.
