Perfect location near town centre, restaurants and shops. Room was fantastic, staff were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Bed was super comfy and amenities were excellent. Food was really good particularly the breakfast. Great views of snow laden mountains from the room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the tasteful decor and the tranquil ambiance that enveloped the entire property. The reception staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their professionalism and attentiveness made me feel valued as a guest. The rooms at Hotel Gyalpo Residency are spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The comfortable beds, plush linens, and modern amenities provided a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the picturesque landscapes of Leh Ladakh. The stunning views from my room's window of the surrounding mountains and valleys were simply awe-inspiring and added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's on-site restaurant offered a delightful culinary experience. The menu featured a wide range of local and international dishes, prepared with the freshest ingredients. Facilities were awesome. Their secret perk which is not part of their facilities, is the great supermarket jet below the hotel. You can but almost anything found in modern supermarkets there. Their staff were great too

    The location of the property. Though the hotel is slightly inside the lane while inside it provides a wide open look. The Deluxe Double room was good and spacious. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We couldn't enjoy the food much due to our short stay.
