Customer service was excellent. Room, facilities, food, location. Room Service etc everything was excellent except the AC which I did not have control from my room and could not adjust it according to my needs. Due to that my sleep.was disturbed. But I would say that the staff was excellent and they tried to accommodate whatever I wanted and tried to make me comfortable as much as possible. Even my request to change the room due to lack of view from my previous room was also entertained without any extra cost.

The captivating scenario around the homestay was fabulous. The clear view of the Dhauladhar snowcapped mountain range from the balcony was an add-on icing during our stay. 1. The location is perfect. There is a little walk from the main road where all the restaurants reside but the location gives a beautiful view with monastery on one side and mountains on the other. 2. Rooms and washrooms are spacious and clean. 3. They have a cafe/ common area on the roof where you can spend a few hours in case you reach in earlier than your check in time. 4.
