Great stay. We arrived 3 hours early and it wasn’t a problem, room was ready. Great that you get a pass to use the new ski lift every day that you are there. Great spa area and staff all amazing. Idea base to explore the area. Food was great although next time we stay, we will only go bed and breakfast as we like to explore the area and find little restaurants or eat at different times. This is not a criticism of the hotel in any way, just our own preference. Highly recommended.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The accommodation was beautiful, with stunning views of the city and the vineyards. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic – fresh, delicious, and a perfect start to each day. But what made our stay truly special was the amazing staff. Our daughter was staying here, before a problematic appendix saw her rushed in to hospital. The hotel could not have been more helpful. They booked her husband and my wife and Me rooms, were flexible about length of stay and created a real home from home. Very important at such a stressful time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We arrived by bus and an easy walk to hotel with suitcases. The staff were very helpful with sorting out train tickets that had been purchased by me for the wrong date. Their two restaurants were superb . The location in the historic centre ideal. I enjoyed their rooftop pool and spa & gym.

Very warm welcome after travelling from Australia. I arrived at 10:30pm due to train issues, a little hungry and partly frozen and of course kitchen was closed but the lovely lady on reception offer to get something organised for me. They have the best wines, a stylish hotel that has the old world charm I thank you all

Amazingly kind reception staff! Extra thanks to the lovely Italian girl who assisted us with the check in and was so helpful even though it was late. Also the housekeepers were so lovely, kind, and really did an amazing job all over the property. Bonus points for the amazing location, wellness facilities and breakfast variety! Will be back for sure :)
