I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.

Host Paolo’s excellent customer service. he was very kind and generous to us. He introduced excellent bistro and restaurant. He kindly helped to carry our luggages to the parking lot. I am very sure that this hotel is the most comfortable in my journey. I would like to go this hotel again soon. Fantastic stay. Very welcoming hosts. Rooms large and well equipped. Lovely breakfast. Pool was fantastic. Good base for exploring the surrounding area. Hosts gave us excellent recommendations for dinner etc and helped with laundry/ dry cleaning. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Cortona. The staff was authentically friendly, rooms really charming and comfortable, and breakfast more than we could wish for. A historic building; high ceilings, thick walls, Italian antiques; the exact right atmosphere to enjoy your stay in Italy.

Location was great, old town just outside hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms was very nice, we also received a free upgraded room. Rooms was very well equipped and quiet. Parking is available but was not on site. Breakfast was good. The view from our room was fantastic. Will definitely recommend and visit again.

Good hotel, from the outside looks like a bit old but inside it's clean and good looking. The room was also clean and cozy, perfect for a few day's stay. Underground garage, which is a big plus. However, the strongest point of this place is the staff, they're amazing, super helpful, friendly and very professional. :)
