We spent at Toscana Ambassador only one night after a long road trip and we really needed a good rest. At our arrival at the hotel we have been welcomed by a very professional and nice staff member. The check-in went smooth and super easy. We booked two connected room. Rooms and bathrooms were generous in size and very clean and the beds were really comfortable. After a restful sleep we enjoyed breakfast, that was included in our reservation. The buffet was generous, with fresh fruits, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juices, cakes and croissant. We really appreciated our first experience at the Toscana Ambassador and we'll definitely come back on our next trip across Italy.

Our stay at Locanda Le Piazze was nothing short of enchanting – a place so special, so serene, that we ended up postponing our flight home just to stay longer. And even that felt too short. The entire property is an absolute dream. Every corner feels like a scene from a fairytale – lovingly designed, full of charm, and inviting you to pause, breathe, and simply enjoy. The views over the Tuscan hills and surrounding vineyards are breathtaking, with golden light and rolling landscapes stretching as far as the eye can see. It’s hard to imagine a more magical setting. The atmosphere is one of peaceful elegance. Whether walking through the gardens, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying a quiet moment under the trees, there’s a sense of stillness that feels both grounding and luxurious. It’s a place where time slows down – in the best possible way. The team at Locanda Le Piazze deserves the highest praise. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and always went the extra mile with a genuine smile. There’s a special kind of hospitality here – a perfect blend of attentiveness and heart that made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. Our room was beautiful – spacious, serene, and tastefully furnished, with every comfort thoughtfully considered. And the food? Exquisite. Every dish we had was a celebration of flavor, quality, and creativity. Dining here is an experience in itself. We’re deeply grateful to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I was 8 days in Santa Chiara and it was one of the best experiences i had with my whole life traveling. Staff is going above and beyond and they made me feel like at home every day. They hellped with organising most amazing vine tastings and cooking classes- must try. Hotel is clean, view beautiful and it is close to all destinations. It is great place to stay in heart of Toscany and meet true charm of its people. I would come back any time

    We booked this place so we could be near San Gimignano. It was great, the staff were exceptionally polite and attending. The location was easy to find, and we liked the countryside. The garden, the place for breakfast, it made the whole atmosphere tranquil and enjoyable. We had a connecting room, and the beds were so comfortable and big. We really liked the aesthetics of the hotel, how they tried to keep it looking retro, but all really modern and functional. The breakfast was perfect, lots to choose from, and really polite and helpful staff!

    A wonderful old building fully renovated and in a lovely location overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The pool was a great way to relax after a hot summers day touring around the local areas. The staff we super friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was delicious and setting with the evening sunset just great.
