Friendly welcome, The staff is very nice and helpful. We as family get a free upgrade, they did everything to make us satisfied. The room was very large an clean with a sea view. The hotel have a good location, near to the highway and downtown. Parking under the hotel is for free. There are no words to describe the friendliness of Claire and her daughter. Thank you for your hospitality, we definitely come back.

All the staff members were very helpful, excellent location nearby the main sights and beaches, great views from the roof terrace and breakfast room, varied and tasty breakfast, well-maintained and very clean hotel. We had a great time at Aleph Boutique Hotel and will certainly stay here again when visiting Byblos in the future.

Nice modern hotel with a swimming pool, well sized rooms, and not too far from the city Beirut. If you ask for room make up you get a very clean room everyday! Good treatment, even the hotel manager wanders around the hotel and asks about our stay in the hotel and if we have any other wishes!

The most beautiful thing in this hotel, is the welcoming specially the guy in the reception Joe Khori who was very nice, kind and supportive. On the other hand, the hotel is very clean, pool is amazing, service is supper nice. I will definitely book again in the same hotel when im visiting Lebanon 🇱🇧 again
