The hotel is in a good location close to the Medina and Rabat and within tram reach of the Medina of Sale. The hotel met our expectations. The best hotel we stayed in our 7 days tour through Marocco Set in a very nice and new area of Rabat, this apart hotel has everything you need for a short or a longer stay; Staff was kind and helpfull.The lady at the reception did her best to give us a room before check in time, as we arrived earlier. Free parking in front of the hotel is a bonus in the crowded city of Rabat Highly recommended

I liked that there was everything for a family, children had their own bedroom. Very kind staff, going above and beyond. Comfortable beds, very tiny balcony. Bathroom was ok but hot water was short lived. If 2 people are about to take a shower one after the other, the second person will finish with cold water. Parking was easy, just on the street in front of the hotel.

I was afraid of the hot water because I read someone's review about it. But there was no need to warry. And the underground parking lot was very huge to park my big SUV. This apartment has an elevator from underground to my room. It was very convenient. Rooms were bigger and clean than I expected. If I have a chance to go to Rabat, I'll stay at this apartment again!
