The staff were polite people,always ready to help . I met the owner of the hotel both husband and wife , they are kind people as well, jokingly I asked her to offer me 3 days to stay freely in her hotel but she replied that she can allow me for one day. The view from the rooftop was awesome, besides the pool, though we didnt get to use the Pool due to the cold weather. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was perfect. The masala tea they have is super nice. Special mention to restaurant staff Beenu, Samil and Gautam from management & Bindya from front desk! Thanks so much for the warm hospitality. The location was perfect - so close to everything

    Location is perfect - lake side, near the main street but in a quiet neighborhood. Staff at the reception is super-helpful. Room is big enough and well-lit with a large window and own balcony. Breakfast is small but nice. Hotel has it's own electricity generator, this was helpful during short power-downs which happen very often in Nepal. Overall - reasonable quality for this price 👍
