The room is nice and clean, staffs are very helpful. Will definitely come back again in the future. The hotel is not in the city center but it is still very convenient. There is a big shopping center about 7-10 mins walk from the hotel, free shuttle is available from the mall to hotel as well.

Great location, well-designed rooms, overall a nice atmosphere. We were staying there for a couple of days to explore Taipei for the first time, and while at times it might have been more convenient to stay somewhere closer to the actual hustlend bustle of the touristy areas, we actually found that we really enjoyed how central this hotel was. It was a source of relaxation after a long day of city exploring.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! Everytime we step into the lobby we felt really welcomed :) they will go through the extra mile to ensure that we are comfortable. They also gave us an upgrade room to celebrate our anniversary, and a lovely handmade card. The room is really clean, and has a beautiful interior design. We will definitely come back here again. The location is really good as it is closed to MRT Ximen Station and Ximen Ding. The room is large and comfortable. The view is really good as my room can view the crossroads. It is also easy to reach Presidential Office Building or even Taipei Station. The Staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean. The toilet is electronic one, just the same as those in Japan. There is an AI assistant that you can control the lights in the room by speaking to AI assistant.
