Staff is super helpful and polite, they accommodated several requests perfectly. Rooms are spotlessly clean, very well isolated. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Ideally situated in the centre of Budapest, Onyx Luxury Budapest features air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers room service and luggage storage space. Private parking is available on site. The Onyx was clean, modern and contained a bunch of amenities (although I didn't use them, it was nice to know that they were available). The actual room I booked was clean, well furnished and I didn't experience any noise issues during my stay. The receptionist also made sure to communicate with me about my check-in since I was arriving late which was appreciated, and they also spoke fluent English making the whole process seamless. For the price and experience I would definitely recommend!
