The staff is extremely helpful and nice (even that they almost speak no English). The room was big and well equipped. The Onsen is very nice. Dinner was superb with all kind of Japanese plates. The staff explained every thing what it was and how we were supposed to eat it, everything was served in a beautiful way.

Amazing and excellent experience! maybe the best place since we arrived in Japan! the staff was extremely welcoming and the details of this place makes the experience worth every second!! the Onsen is very nice and lucky I had it for myself and enjoy the experience fully!

We took his advice and did another hour of touring to learn more about Atami. It was a very hospitable and warming journey we had had with this hotel. From the moment I booked -requesting allergies and other details to the moment we left the hotel. I cannot express enough how attentive the stuff are! They noticed during the dinner our kid was left handed, and breakfast was served on the left side. All I can say is Wow! and thank each and everyone who made this unforgettable memory for our family!
