Location ,was excellent private and very welcoming ,staff were very helpful and the food fablous fresh and delicious..10 minutes to walk to the village or 5 if you walk the beach on low tide ,and 20 minutes to other hotels and restaurants. Definitely would stay again as very easy to get around by ticktock or longtail boat.

Actually, the rooms are bamboo houses. It's not connected to other houses. It gives you some stylish-and-different experience. Bed was clean, air conditioning was good for hot summer. Swimming pool was wonderful, it's not so deep (+- 140cm) and there was a bar. The breakfast had different kind of dishes, mixed with tradicional and western dishes. Positive point to fruits. I could enjoy having a lot of fruits!

We were a bit afraid for some of the reviews were quite worrisome, however there is absolutely no justification for them based on our experience. To beging with we received every bit of information necessary for a safe and comfortable arrival. We were greeted in the most amazing way by the whole hotel staff, making us feel like real VIPs. The room was beautiful with atention to all the details with a beautiful bed with bug screen, closet, safety box, a small fridge with cold water, a fully stocked bathroom with a shower with a view, a balcony with sunbeds and a place to dry wet clothes, a small living room with chairs, coffee pot, etc. Of course we did find a few bugs in the room throughout our stay but this is a tropical island, made us wonder what people complaining of insects in the room were thinking when they booked a destination called "Natural Reserve". The food at the restaurants was excellent as were the drinks (try the Long Island it is to die for). Overall we had an amazing stay and we highly recommend the place. They have some rooms overlooking the sea with jacuzzi, but ours was not one of those. Try them and let us know your experience so we can book one of those next time!
