Clean and tidy and perfect spot for the Haxey Hood. Gabby and Jonny were exceptional hosts. They even provided our own transport on a tractor trailer. Awesome

The staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in. The area that the accommodation is in was very rural and quiet, we felt very safe there. The owner was extremely friendly, and our accommodation was amazing. Our only regret was bringing our own food and not leaving room for food from the pub! It looked/sounded lovely. We'll definitely be back for the parmo!

The mattress was super comfortable, and the sofa, yours is the first facility we're we had Internet access you tube etc made my grandson very happy.

It was very well equipped had everything you could need during your stay. Very clean throughout, lovely location on a quiet site, close to shops and local takeaways owner is very nice and helpful with any questions we had.
