The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in the countryside with a wonderful view and the location of the facility is ideal for those who like complete tranquility. You can reach the centers of Numana and Sirolo with a pleasant 15-minute walk. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast served at the patio. We loved the place a lot and would definitely come back again.

we stayed in the budget mobile house, and although very simple, it had all the basics covered: - VERY clean. Still smelled like bleach. Clean sheet (bed still to be done so for sure clean sheet :)) - Air-conditioning working perfectly (although paid extra) - very quite. I always wear earplugs but I didnt have to here - bus service to the beach, although you can still walk to it (~25 mins) -beach with umbrella and sunchairs included

What a fabulous location! A short, although very steep, walk down to two beautiful beaches. The accommodation was extremely clean and the decking area was a lovely space to eat and relax. The cabin was small but has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were all very helpful and we look forward to visiting again someday

Perfect location closed to the beach, very nice house surrounded by nature, it was peaceful and so relaxing to be there. Comfortable beds and perfect facilities. I definitely recommend it!
