Great place to enjoy the cultural and beautiful area. The hostel is mew amd really clean. Wooden beds with good materials, quiet place with kitchen and chill vibes to be in touch with the nature. The lwner is really helpful in everything you need and he has bikes to rent.

This was our second stay at the Pinthaliya Resort, and once again, it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. The resort’s breathtaking location immerses you in the heart of nature, offering the serene feeling of living in the jungle. One of our favorite features was the stunning swimming pool, beautifully surrounded by lush trees. The hospitality was exceptional, with every member of the staff being incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Nimna, Vidurinda, and Hiruni for their outstanding service and warm support. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so wonderful. We can’t wait to return to this amazing place soon!

We recently stayed at Wisdom Camping and Glamping, and it was truly an unforgettable escape into nature. The property spans 25 acres of pure serenity, surrounded by breathtaking paddy fields and lush forest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely detached from the noise and stress of daily life. There’s so much to explore a beautiful natural lake, a crystal-clear natural pool, and even a charming little river nearby. We had an amazing time kayaking, watching colorful birds, and simply soaking in the untouched beauty around us. The area is rich in wildlife, and it’s a dream come true for nature lovers and anyone who enjoys stargazing under a clear sky. What made our stay even more special was Mr. Thilina, the heart and soul of the property. His hospitality was unmatched he treated us like family and ensured we were comfortable and happy every moment. His knowledge about the area and his passion for preserving nature are truly admirable. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. It was fresh, local, and perfectly prepared. If you’re looking for a place with calm vibes, peaceful surroundings, and endless natural beauty, look no further. There’s so much more to discover here than words can express. Highly recommended!

Piya and his family were excellent hosts. They gave us space and comfort, they were very kind and helpful. They organized everything what came to our mind. He also showed us interesting places in the area which are not shown on the internet - you have to be a local to know them. The food was delicious and in big portions, and everyday we ate something new. We will definitely visit this place if we are ever again in Sri Lanka. Place is away from a main road which is an advantage and disadvantage - this means the place is very quiet and calm. There are shops with essentials like water and toothpaste very close. But if something is needed - you can get a tuktuk or a bike. There are really friendly people in the area. We felt very welcomed.
