South AfricaWe had a fantastic stay at the Mountain Camp. Our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, offering advice on places of interest and hikes, engaging in interesting conversations, and adding a personal touch to our stay. The location is beautiful, with idyllic scenery, a stunning river right next to the camp, and a lovely Spring Garden you can visit next door. The camp was set up based on our preferences, ensuring that our needs were met even before we checked in. While it is still camping, the camp is both comfortable and clean, and the wonderful stargazing at night adds to the experience.
I highly recommend Mountain Camp at Mesilau to anyone seeking a unique, and for me, nostalgic experience. Whether you're a nature lover or just looking to take a break from the fast-paced city life, the Mountain Camp ticks all the boxes.

Safe, clean, and well equipped camp site with quality items/ cooking utensils provided. Very well maintained camp site. Guess what- no mosquitoes at all w/o need to use repellent. Best part is the few min away waterfall river after a short distance jungle trekking. Kids had so much fun. A superb glamping experience for family, also to get close to nature. Thanks to owner SK & SK2, keep up good work in maintaining the site-will definitely go back in future!
