They were flexible with the dates, I needed to change in last days, got there late after hiking Zirbitzkogel from Reichenfels and it was really great to stay there afterwards. There are also signs leading to this place which is great when your phone is about to die. Breakfast is really good as well. The place has a really good vibe to it.

However, they both raved about how nice and helpful the hosts were, particularly being motorbiked to the F1 ring that seems to have been a highlight of the whole trip.

It was quiet after a certain time of night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our car wouldn't start the morning we needed to check out and there was someone there within 5 minutes to help jump start it. Can't complain at all.

Speaking German, English and Dutch, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical advice on the area at the reception. The location was fantastic. The staff were friendly. Tents were comfortable and in good repair. Food was repetitive but tasted good.
