We had the most magical thunderstorms with amazing views and lights by just chilling on the hammocks next to our tent. It’s been the best accommodation we’ve been in Colombia so far. Breakfast and dinner was great too, and easy to walk distance by the beach to Buritaca town.

Binoculars supplied. Saw 29 species within the site itself and along a short section of the track outside. We stayed for two nights. One night would not have been enough.

There is a restaurant but prices for lunch/dinner were expensive. (There is a very good/cheap panaderia 5min away).
