The yurt was fantastic. It was 10 times the value of a hotel or the like in the area. It was -15 outside and we were toasty in the yurt. The beds were the best I slept on in the country. The breakfast was good and checked all the boxes. I selfishly wanted more omelets/waffle hot bar options, but the breakfast was beyond good, and this was one of very few places that actually included breakfast with the hotel, so I will give their breakfast a 10/10 as well. Location was perfect too for both Aurora Viewing (we saw a massive aurora on 11/22/24) and we were right next to Geysir and waterfalls. We could see the glacier from the front porch. Very private yurts too! My pictures are of the aurora we saw from the front door of the Yurt. You can easily see them from these. I also included an indoor picture and one of the grounds.

A very cosy place to stay. It looks amazing and they're giving a lot of attention to details. Even there was a shared bath room, it looked amazing. Vintage bath tube with shower. Just perfect. Bed was very comfortable and it was very warm. I was not freezing one single second. Really loved the stay and it would have been nice to be there longer.

We loved the place - it felt like a huge comfy pillow fort! Would recommend it for a couple Klaudia was very responsive and helpful, and we just loved everything about it.

This tent features a shared bathroom, heating and lake views. The unit offers 1 bed. The hosts were communicative and helpful before we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable, and there was room at the ends of our beds for our luggage, as well as a few hooks on the door. The curtains blocked out enough light for us to sleep well. The showers are "locker room style" (I think this used to be a school...), but my dad had a nice, hot shower; the bathrooms we used were also clean. Our breakfast was included, and there were several choices- fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, breads, meat and cheese. The area was quiet, and we felt safe. We arrived easily after seeing sights on the Golden Circle. Thank you for a nice stay!
